Description:With the growth of our client base we are actively seeking Service Desk Analysts, Server Analysts, and Desktop Support Analysts, depending on your experience level, to join our infrastructure technology team.

Project description:Assist in maintaining the existing desktop infrastructure and to work within existing procedures and guidelines to meet client business requirements. Technical troubleshooting and problem resolution Provide frontline Tier 1 telephone support Status Reporting Systems Documentation
Experience Required Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years experience at working in a Microsoft environment including Windows 2000/XP Professional, Microsoft Office 2000/2003 including Outlook, and Internet Explorer v.6
  • 2+ years knowledge of Intel based PC’s and Notebooks
  • 2+ years of server experience in a medium or larger size business
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
