Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Minimum of 7 years experience intermediate level programming and analysis
  • Have a minimum of 5 years coding java web applications experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience and advanced knowledge in programming in the J2EE environment using J2EE development tools similar to RSA, and RAD.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience developing in an IBM Web Sphere environment and experience setting up, configuring and working within a Web Sphere Application Development environment.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years working with DB2.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years working in a Linux or Unix equivalent environment.
  • Must have a minimum Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Computing Science or related field.
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • 3 years experience creating estimates for application changes.
  • 2 years experieence creating unit test documentation.
  • Experience with Ajax and Ajax frameworks such as JQuery, prototype, YUI.
  • 2 years experience with gathering requirements.
  • 1 year experience with Crystal Reports.
  • 1 year experience with DB2 Content Manager.
  • 2 years experience with Oracle UCM administration.
  • 3 years demonstrated expertise in JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS.
  • 2 years experience constructing or configuring content management systems.
  • 1 year experience with fillable forms.
  • 1 year experience with Oracle Universal Content Manager.
  • 2 years proven ability to work inidividually or in a team environment.
  • Adept in managing change.
  • Demonstrated experience with in the Alberta Government.
