Project Description
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills	1 year experience as a help desk Analyst utilizing Help Desk Software Experience coordinating with business areas to ensure communications are relayed to all parties Experience working with Microsoft Office suite Experience working directly with clients and providing excellent customer service Excellent verbal and commication skills
Nice To Have Skills	Strong problem and trouble shooting skills Experience in data collection, editing, validation and conversion Experience in end user testing of applications Experience with web based systems, oracle and application development and maintenance Experience in creation of end user manuals Experience in identifying user requirements
Location	Edmonton
Work Environment	All work to be done on client site
Hourly Rate	Negotiable
