  • 4 years demonstrated experience in a role identifying requirements, interpreting business needs, and translating them into processes.
  • 4 years demonstrated information management and information technology industry experience specializing in systems analysis.
  • 4 years demonstrated information management and information technology industry experience in business process reengineering and the development of associated method and processes.
  • 5 years demonstrated experience in a role implementing process improvement.
  • 5 years demonstrated experience in a role working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Bachelors degree or MBA in Information Technology or Engineering, or 5 years progressive experience in system development and implementation.
  • 2 years demonstrated project management experience requiring planning and scheduling skills.
  • 3 years demonstrated experience in a role leading and facilitating meetings, sessions, and working groups.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role from which knowledge of Clinical ARPs was gained, with preference for Alberta Clinical ARPs.
