Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • 8 years experience in process facilitation
  • 8 years experience in formal process design and mapping
  • 8 years experience in communicating and developing presentations for all levels in an organization
  • 8 years experience conducting business analysis on complex IT projects, including requirements gathering and analysis
  • 8 years experience in analysis and integration of both system and business level information
  • 5 years experience in development of training materials that articulate both system and business process level knowledge
  • 6 years experience in business process documentation (e.g., swimlane process flows) and translating to training materials
  • 6 years experience in both classroom and e-learning approaches to training deployment
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience in acquiring business level knowlege and foster business relationships to gather information
  • Experience in training program deployment
  • Experience in adult education and training
  • Experience in help file management and synchronization with change requests and training materials
  • Experience in development and maintenance of training material templates
  • Certification as a Business Analyst through the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA)
  • Formal education as follows: Senior Business Analyst - related university degree in business, management, administration, commerce or information technology
