DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide technical assistance and recommendations in the departmental system design review process, provide operational support and expertise to Windows and Unix support teams, assist with order preparation, specification and logistics, document recommendations for increasing technology services efficiencies and work with assigned Project Managers to support project delivery.

Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-tier web facing environments (3 years)
  • Demonstrated understanding of ASAS services (1 year)
  • Demonstrated understanding of ICT services (1 year)
  • Demonstrated experience in Infrastructure planning and optimization (5 years)
  • Demonstrated experience in ITIL/COBIT (3 years)
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management (5 years)
  • Demonstrated experience with VMWare ESX (3 years)
  • MCSE Certification (2003 or later)
  • CCNA Certification
  • ITIL Certification
