DescriptionThe main focus of the contracted resources will be to provide application maintenance and enhancements in a release structure. Other support activities may include providing business knowledge and technical support.

Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications with significant batch processing functionality. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience performing detailed analysis and design of a client server application, including interaction with the users regarding their requirements. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience with formal change management procedures. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience constructing applications using PowerBuilder programming language, version 8.0 or higher. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience working with a large Sybase database, in particular constructing SQL and stored procedures. Similar experience with MSSQL or Oracle will be considered. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in programming in a Sun Solaris O/S environment including Korn shells, Perl scripts and Awk/Nawk scripts. (Minimum 1 year)
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Minimum of 4 years combined related experience and education.
