Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in IM/IT project management of large scale projects, technology life cycle management or systems development methodologies and life cycles (minimum 5 years)
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing application development projects (minimum 5 years)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing a formal integrated project plan (minimum 2 years)
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in customer relationship management (i.e., understanding business priorities and pressures, and determining IM/IT needs of clients) (minimum 5 years)
  • Demonstrated ability to function at senior levels of an organization (minimum 3 years)
  • Demonstrated experience with the health industry in the development of information systems (minimum 3 years)
  • Demonstrated experience in a vendor relationship management role (minimum 3 years)
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement of vendor and project team resources on IM/IT system development projects (minimum 3 years)
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring knowledge of privacy and security issues relating to Freedom of INformation and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPP) and the Health Information Act (HIA) (minimum 2 years)
  • Demonstrated experience with the use of PMO framework delivery processes and templates
