Four years demonstrated systems business analysis in IT projects

Experience leading and facilitating stakeholder workshops to determine business requirements

Experience documenting future state process flows and functional and non functional requirements

Experience documenting functional and non functional requirements

| Nice To Have Skills |

Experience as a project manager or lead business analyst

Project management or business analysis certification

Experience identifying, analyzing and managing risks on IT/business projects

Experience in working with business to build consensus, establish priorities and facilitate business decisions

Experience in business process documenttaion including detailed swim lane diagrams and use cases
-
Experience in assessing possible solutions that satisfy business needs and requirements
-
Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal, including working with individuals from diverse backgrounds (technical, business, professional and administrative)
