DescriptionUp to 3 individual Business Consultant Resource(s) of Intermediate level experience are required for business analysis, business requirements and training experience working with IT Infrastruture projects. The Resource(s) will represent corporate and project interests to various project stakeholders and in developing strong customer relations.

Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Post secondary education in Business or Information Technology
  • Experience in process facilitation (3 years)
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience in formal process design and mapping (3 years)
  • Experience in communicating and developing presentations for all levels in an organization (3 years)
  • Evidence of the ability to resolve business issues and define business processes (3 years)
  • Proven leadership, facilitation, mediation, organizational, planning, estimation and communications skills (3 years)
  • Manage change using proven organizational change management techniques (3 years)
  • Experience conducting business analysis on complex IT projects, including requirements gathering and analysis (3 years)
  • Experience facilitating the development of standard operating procedures (3 years)
  • Experience developing role, responsibility and accountability matrices (3 years)
  • Experience facilitating the development of Operating and Service Level Agreements (3 years)
  • Experience facilitating issue management processes including enduring issue escalation procedures (3 years)
  • Experience analyzing IT service pricing structures (3 years)
  • Experience working in a government environment
  • Experience workong on a domain integration
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
