Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Education/Certification Requirement: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent professional work experience
  • Minimum certification: Curam CT500 Certification
  • Practical experience with implementing the Curam Software Suite
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Rules Engine implementation experience
  • In-depth experience in working with Design Patterns, UML, and Object Oriented Analysis & Design
  • Experience as a design analyst and data architect work with Java/J2EE web based system development
  • Experience in translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements
  • Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements
  • Excellent analytical, diagjnostic, problem-solving, communication, presentation and documentation skills
  • Operations experience in applying industry best practices and methodologies pertaining to the processing, handling, and operations management of functions within a technical design environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing an end-to-end enterprise solution across multiple platforms on complex engagements
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience and skills in Rational's suite of tools, incliuding Rational RequesitePro, Rational ClearCase, Rational ClearQuest, as well as Rational Rose
  • Experience in the delivery of social services within the public sector
  • Experience in enterprise level logical and physical data modeling, mapping and migration on complex engagements
  • Experience with integrating distributed business processes, data replication, enterprise portal integration
  • Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions, preferably related to social enterprise management
