DescriptionTo provide application services to the client community. This resource is required to lead Web and Electronic Information Management (EIM) teams which support Internet and Intranet as well as Information Management applications currently in use.

Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Experience as a team lead maintaining an existing, mission critical application, with significant batch processing functionality. (Minimum 5 years)
  • Experience performing detailed analysis and design of a client server application, including interaction with the users regarding their requirements. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience constructing or maintaining applicatications utlitizing MS SQL stored procedures, functions and triggers. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework. (Minimum 3 years)
  • Experience leading a team with 4 or more developers. (Minimum 5 years)
  • Experience with formal change management procedures. (Minimum 5 years)
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • A minimum of 8 years combined related experience and education. Additional education and/or experience is preferred.
  • Experience installing and administering SharePoint. (Minimum 4 years)
  • Experience installing and administering Records Management applications such as LiveLink. (Minimum 4 years)
  • Experience installing and adminstering document capture software such as Ascent Capture. (Minimum 4 years)
  • Building Web Applications using ASP.net 2.0 or higher. (Minimum 4 years)
  • Experience using Internet site development tools - such as CSS design, HTML and Dreamweaver. (Minimum 4 years)
  • Experience with RedDot version 9 or higher. (Minimum 2 years)
