Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications (Minimum 3 years within the past 5 years)
  • Experience designing and developing N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques (Minimum 4 years within the past 5 years)
  • Experience facilitating, gathering and documenting user requirements through application design sessions with business clients (Minimum 3 years within the past 5 years)
  • Experience working on a development team with 3 or more other programmers (Minimum 3 years within the last 5 years)
  • Experience with formal change management procedures. Describe your experience and your involvement in the change management process, and name the change management tools used. (Minimum 3 years within the past 5 years)
  • Experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database. One year of experience with Oracle may be substituted for one year of MS SQL experience. (Minimum 3 years within the past 5 years)
  • Experience building applications using C# within the .NET framework. One year of experience with Java or VB.NET may be substituted for one year of C# experience. (Minimum 3 years within the past 5 years)

 

 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Project experience with formal development methodology. Name the methodology used on the project(s). (One or more years within the past 5 years)
  • A minimum of 5 years combined related experience and education. Additional education and/or experience is preferred.
  • Building Web Applications using ASP.NET 2.0 or higher (3 years or more within the past 5 years)
