Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills

One year of experience as a Solution (application) Tester

 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience preparing or supporting the preparation of test plans and test cases
  • Experience leading a team of Solution Testers
  • Experience deriving teset cases for use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents
  • Experience maintaining traceability of test cases to requirements
  • Experience establishing and/or operating the following test phases: unit testing, smoke testing, integration testing, regression testing, system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Edition
  • Experience with testing tools such as Rational Robot, Rational TestManager, Rational ClearQuest
  • Experience establishing and/or operating the following test phases: performance testing, load testing and endurance testing
  • Experience with object oriented methodologies
  • Experience with .NET applications
  • Experience with quality management (defect removal processes)
  • Experience working in a testing role on at least one medium to large project
  • Experience using testing methodologies
