Experience in translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements for ITSM/Remedy (3 years)

Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex ITSM/Remedy engagements (3 years)

Operational experience in applying industry best practices and methodologies pertaining to the processing, handling, and operational management of functions within a technical design environment (3 years)
-
Experience in designing and implementing an end-to-end enterprise solution to Service Management (3 years)
-
Experience resolving and supporting the asset, CMDB, Service Level management, incident, problem and/or change modules (3 years)
-
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment (3 years)

Experience implementing and/or supporting the Service Request Module in ITSM (1 year)
-
Experience in enterprise level logical and physical data modeling, mapping and migration on complex engagements (3 years)

Experience working in local or provincial government environment
