Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • 5 years experience in development and implementation of enterprise technical architectures
  • 5 years experience in development and implementation of highly secure technical architectures
  • 5 years experience in data architecture
  • 5 years experience in preparing technology business cases
  • 5 years experience in PowerBuilder programming (current release is 11) within the last 10 years
  • 5 years experience working in a large Sybase (current release is 12.5) database, in particular constructing complex SQL and stored procedures, within the last ten years
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Reviewing new services and technology requests by clients and assessing their impact on the operational environment, giving recommendations to ensure a successful and secure implementation
  • Documenting technical recommendations, providing technical advice and guidance to management, operations and project team members and within shared IT services
  • Experience in modeling methodologies and tools
  • Making recommendations to project managers pertaining to issues, risks and client satisfaction
  • Experience with with Application Infrastructure (AI - Base Class Objects)
  • Experience working with standards for GUI, Database, PowerBuilder, Reporting and Security
  • Technical and/or business knowledge of PowerBuilder/Sybase applications
