DescriptionThe Test Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling the testing activities and tasks. Deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate. Coordinate the test strategy and plan with the Technical Team Lead, Business Team Lead, Business Representatives and others.

Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Demonstrated experience that the Resource has been involved in testing for the implementation of large IT application systems for at least two customers or implementations.
  • Demonstrated working experience in the testing area of expertise of 3 years or greater.
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Education and training in the area of testing IT applications.
  • Previous experience in managing implementations and records of success.
  • Experience in working with the implementation of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) projects implementations.
  • Experience in working with a Systems Integrator.
  • Experience in large-systems implementations involved within public sector organizations.
  • Related experience in transitioning into a systems development project which is already in progress.
