  • Experience developing evaluation plans for:
      • technical resource RFP's
      • new system development effort RFP's
      • application maintenance service RFP's
      • software and hardware product RFP's
    • Experience developing Service Level Agreements
    • Experience developing Information Technology Management, Program Management and Program Management templates
    • Experience in developing Privacy Impact Assessments
    • Experience developing IT strategic plans
    • Experience developing risk assessments
    • Experience conducting post-implementation reviews
    • Experience developing solution test-plans, cases and scenarios
    • Experience developing communication strategies and plans
    • Experience developing technical Communiques
    • Experience developing business cases
    • Experience developing business continuity plans
    • Experience developing disaster recovery plans
