TypeContract 
Project DescriptionFull-Time Quality Assurance Analyst located on-site in the Regina office. The program is a multi-year initiative to implement Curam Case Management software. Two individuals are required to participate on the Testing sub-project as experienced testers to ensure that the implemented software meets the Ministry requirements. 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • 3-5 years testing experience that includes writing test cases and scripts in addition to executing test scripts.

 

 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Good understanding of the SDLC and QA methodologies, testing principles, concepts, verification and validation methods
  • Proven ability to follow QA methodology
  • Strong analytical and problem determination skills
  • Strong accuracy, organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to understand written requirements and design documents with regards to developing test cases
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, and organized individual that works independently or within a team
  • Familiar with Software testing best practices
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Experience in the public sector
  • Good knowledge of client/server technologies
  • Experience testing on a large COTS implementation project
  • Experience with logging defects in a defect tracking tool
  • Experience with Curam Case Management Software would be beneficial
  • Experience with Human Services Systems would be beneficial
