Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify projects, activities and associated scheduling for a complex initiative
  • Knowledge of Enterprise level Identity Management
  • Prepare and present strategies and information to steering committees and executive level groups.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executives, staff, steering committees, and project groups.
  • Demonstrated Project Planning, risk assessment and issues identification and management.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to deal with multiple stakeholder groups, apply an enterprise view and be able to gain consensus.
  • Proven ability to function at senior levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of project, initiative delivery and management.
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Completion of a related Degree or Diploma i.e. CMC member
  • Completion of a Project Management Professional Certification.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of information management concepts, privacy and security issues relating to privacy legislation i.e. Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP)
  • Experience with application of change management.
  • Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple alternatives.
  • Experience in government setting.
  • Skills specific to quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits.
