DescriptionThe successful candidate would be responsible for the creation of a reporting solution using CURAM and must have experience as an analyst in a "Commercial Off The Shelf" (COTS) application environment.

Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Bachelor of Computing Science, MIS, or equivalent professional work experience
  • Experience in identifying and documenting business requirementss for a COTS implementation
  • Experience in business process re-engineering in a public sector environment
  • Experience in facilitating business user work group sessions to define business requirements and processes
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Minimum certification - Curam CB450 Business Analyst, CT 500, or equivalent
  • Practical experience with the Curam Software Suite in a design and configuration environment
  • Experience in Process Modeling, Design Patterns, UML, Object Oriented Analysis and Design and Rational Rose on complex engagements
  • Experience with various stages of implementation utilizing the Curam software suite
  • Experience in developing and documenting existing and future state detailed business processes and requirements supported by a COTS solution
  • Experience in the delivery of social services within the public sector
  • Knowledge and experience with middleware fuctionality and Service Oriented Architecture approaches
  • In-depth knowledge of methodologies used in planning and development of integrated business processes
  • Experience in logical data modelling, evaluation, and performance measurement processes
  • Experience in the development of testing strategies, test plans, and test cases leading into training and deployment phase
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, presentation and documentation skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with project team members
