Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years experience in information technology development and/or information technology consulting
  • Minimum 5 years experience specializing in Business Analysis
  • Must be able to travel within and out of the Province of Alberta
  • Must sign a personal Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Must successfully pass an enhanced security clearance
 
Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with the greater Justice community (Police, Crown, Corrections)

  • `Experience with business case development and project justification including the use of quantitative and qualitative evaluation techniques
  • Thorough knowledge of UML based Business Analysis
  • Project experience in the full systems development life cycle of robust, enterprise scale applications or COTS product implementation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong documentation experience creating detailed business requirements
  • Experience with business process. analysis, documentation, engineering and implementation
  • Experience with data and process modeling techniques and tools
  • Experience in the development and management of appropriate system testing
