| Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills |
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or Equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in information technology development and/or information technology consulting
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in full systems development lifecycle implementations and robust, enterprise scale applications or initiatives
- Must be able to travel within and outside the Province of Alberta
- Must sign a personal Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Must Successfully pass an enhanced security clearance

| Nice To Have Skills |
- Experience with the greater Justice community (Police, Crown, Corrections)
- Proven experience in successfully managing multiple concurrent, multi-disciplinary team projects
- Experience within a structured Project Management environment will be preferred as well as the demonstrated ability to adapt to less structure if needed
- Good knowledge of various lifecycle models. State any methodologies used and the particular aspects relevant to project management
- Project experience in the full systems development lifecycles of robust, enterprise scale applications or COTS product implementation skills
- Excellence in written and oral communications skills
- Experience creating detailed project documentation and reporting
- Considerable experience with Project Management tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Portfolio and Microsoft Visio
- PMP/PMI Certification
