- 1 year experience as a help desk Analyst utilizing Radia Software
- Experience coordinating with business areas to ensure communications are relayed to all parties
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working directly with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and commication skills

- Experience in data collection, editing, validation and conversion
